If you think you might need support or contact outside of these core hours, we are happy to make arrangements on a case by case basis, please get in touch with your request.

For emergency support: If you need urgent or emergency support, are worried about your mental health and wellbeing, going through a crisis or think you might be at risk of harming yourself or someone else - please DO NOT contact us in the first instance, but contact one of the options below. This also includes if you are signed up for the pilot programme and in between sessions or if this is outside of session hours or Opening Hours.
